Play a Role in Your Child's Success in School! Volunteer!

We know you are busy but if you have 15 minutes a week (or every two weeks) we have a student you can help.  Print out the flyer below and send it in with your child.  We will contact you to discuss ways you can play a role in the success of a child!

Our Parent Resource Center Is Open!!

Visit our Parent Resource Center located in the Media Center.  Open during school hours, parents can browse through our assortment of games, manipulatives, folders and workbooks to find wonderful resources to check out and work with your child at home.

Daily Checklist For Parents

  • Check your child's planner - look for teacher notes, notices about school events, etc
  • Check your child's homework - have them show you their work, remind them to put it in their bookbag
  • Ask your child about scheduled tests - help them prepare for them or follow up and ask about results
  • Read to your child or have them read to you
  • Remind your child to review their math facts
  • Ask your child what they learned in school today...and if they say "nothing", ask them again until they tell you something!
